I/we understand that a knowing and willful false statement on this application is grounds for rejection! If this application isn’t approved and accepted by the owner or agent I hereby waive any claim for damages by reason of non-acceptance (which the owner or agent may reject without stating any reason for so doing). Information may be obtained through personal interview with my neighbors, friends and others with whom I may be acquainted. This inquiry includes information as to my character, general reputation, personal characteristics and mode of living. We may be requesting information from public and private sources about my driving record, credit and references. I understand that a credit report will be run. I understand that I may have the right to make a written request within a reasonable period of time to receive additional detailed information about the nature and scope of this investigation. I understand and agree that the credit application fee is non-refundable. I/WE FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT MY LANDLORD PARTICIPATES IN THE MEMPHIS D.A.’S OFFICE ANTI TRESPASSING PROGRAM ALLOWING POLICE TO ARREST ON-SITE LOITERERS & TRESPASSERS.
