J. D. Marks, Inc., Realtors was incorporated under the laws of the State of Tennessee in May of 1945 and was granted a license to sell and manage real estate by the State of Tennessee in that same year.

J. D. Marks, Inc., Realtors has been engaged in the continuous business of managing, brokering and appraising real estate in excess of 64 years. 

This Management Organization is presently managing over 1700 rental units.  J. D. Marks is staffed with a Real Estate Broker, Marshall Gordon CPM, as President with over 43 years experience with this Organization, an Affiliate Broker, Jill Berry, as Vice-President with over 37 years experience with this Organization, a comptroller, Regina Jones, with over 43 years experience with this Organization and a Cashier, Constance Frazier, with over 15 years experience with J. D. Marks, Inc. In addition we have on staff a leasing specialist, Irma Contreras, well versed in the residential field who is also bi-lingual who has been with us ove 8 years as well as an experienced bookkeeper, Liz Wilson, who also has been with us over 8 years.
